The first gateway in Bucharest is up. HOORAY!
We purchased a couple of Multitech MTAC 868 LoRa boards and a couple of USB to Mini-PCIe converters.
Then [Adrian Lita](http://thethingsnetwork.org/u/adrian/) hooked each MTAC to a Raspberry Pi. [Silviu Panaite](http://thethingsnetwork.org/u/silviu/) successfully installed the software, as explained in [Nestor Ayuso's tutorial](https://github.com/mirakonta/lora_gateway/wiki/) and voilà!
