Physical location in Delft with known coverage

I have a Dragino Temperature and Humidity Sensor which I would like to test. However, I dont have a Gateway. So, I would like to drive somewhere and test if the device works. There must be some physical locations in Delft which have known coverage. Anyone any ideas?
