## About

Help us to build an open, free and community-owned IoT data network for Galway! LoRaWAN has the potential to enable an entire new class of use cases for the Internet of Things with the help of the local community. The best way to do it, is to build the network ourselves. A free, open network, based on an open-source stack, owned by the community itself to enable just about everyone with an interest in the technology, to build and prototype on top of it. We are currently building the network in the area. Contact us on hello@amicitia.org and help us get Galway connected.
