Last night during the workshop Zelf een Internet of Things toepassing maken we've ceremonially kicked off another centre-of-Groningen gateway for The Things Network. This gateway was built in-house, based on an ic880a concentrator board and a Raspberry Pi B+. Wifi is used as the backhaul. This gateway is mounted indoors, but even then it increases LoRaWAN coverage in the centre of Groningen greatly.
