We're half-way to having a team of eight to start this project, I've ordered some initial hardware to get a single channel gateway up and running and I've been busy writing code that allows rapid deployment of the single_chan_pkt_fwd gateway via standard debian packages (see https://github.com/tftelkamp/single_chan_pkt_fwd/pull/11 for more on this!)

We'd love to hear from other groups that are nearby and how they have got started - we're already in touch with Cardiff, so come on Cheltenham and Bristol, we'd love to talk to you!
