This blog is to make you as a farmer aware of all the opportunities to be part of a Lorawan network.
LoRaWAN is a cloud-based medium access control (MAC) layer protocol but acts mainly as a network layer protocol for managing communication between LPWAN gateways and end-node devices as a routing protocol, maintained by the LoRa Alliance.
Think of farm security,cattle tracking,water level monitoring,pump control,pressure indication,temperature monitoring,humidity monitoring,soil moisture monitoring,flow monitoring and a host of other things.
We need to automate and this is your opportunity!
