On 4th of October 2016 the initial meeting of TTN Plovdiv community took place at the local hackerspace - [Hackafe](http://www.hackafe.org/). A small presentation was made, introducing the very basics of The Things Network and LoRa .
Nine people joined the community and we are all eager to test and build the network.

At the same time [@gonzo_veliki](https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/u/gonzo/) found us and registered the first gateway. Cheers mate! Second gateway is ordered and it's on its way.
