David Green has over 20 years’ experience working with cultural heritage sites and is responsible for building a culture of innovation and change at Blenheim. David’s responsibilities cover three main themes:
• Promoting new ideas that create value through cost and time savings, income generation or process transformation
• Delivering live data throughout the business from systems and networks to generate new insights and opportunities
• Identifying new ways to improve customer experience
