This workshop will educate participants on the importance of selecting gateways for their LoRaWAN network that are built for “Carrier- Grade” performance and design considerations. Elements being discussed include the differences between a Carrier-Grade and non-Carrier Grade product, MTBF standards, interference mitigation, cost optimization, environmental considerations and regulatory and safety requirements.

Participants will leave this workshop with a better understanding of the design considerations that must be evaluated when selecting a gateway for their LoRaWAN network.

How can I prepare for this workshop?

Basic understanding of LoRaWAN networks and gateways would be beneficial.
