IoT technologies and cloud-based software platforms are enabling businesses to digitalise their processes and services; for Morgan Sindall we are using our own analytics platform, goldeni, to digitalise our property services teams. In this session we will explain how goldeni provides our property services team with remote insights into commercial and residential building health. We will showcase how by deploying IoT sensors and LoRaWAN networks in and around the properties we manage, we can gain insights into asset and building operations, performance, internal conditions and energy consumption. Thanks to our AI and machine learning algorithms, goldeni can determine maintenance requirements (prescriptive maintenance) based on need and look at asset operations to predict when an asset is likely to fault.   For property service team’s IoT technologies are facilitating a change in how we manage and maintain properties. It’s no longer about reactive or planned maintenance, the future is predictive and prescriptive maintenance.
