Making a business from LoRaWAN deployment

We are not focussed on a specific vertical market or single product but instead we are focussed on the LoRaWAN technology itself and deploying solutions horizontally across many sectors and applications. This is a difficult business to manage but very rewarding.  From LoRaWAN devices inside diary cows, ammonia sensors in chicken houses to river water quality and electric metering in business units we require a deep understanding of the LoRaWAN technology.  We have tested 10 manufacturers of outdoor gateways and over 100 devices from many manufacturers. Payload decoders, Adaptative Data Rates, SNR, RSSi, Join requests and battery life. Physical installation of gateways outdoors at height on buildings or up tall masts we have experienced it all. We have experienced many problems and issues along the way but when it works it is very rewarding.
