Asset Tracking Reference Design Kit Workshop

Workshops Area 1

01/31/2020 12:30pm

Asset tracking is quickly becoming a key use case for the LPWAN market. To illustrate the benefits of combining GNSS and LoRa, Semtech has created a reference design to help demonstrate how easy it is to setup and use. Join Semtech’s Richard Fuller, Sr. Principal Systems Engineer, as he describes the ins and outs of asset tracking with LoRaWAN, including the advantages of combining LoRa with GPS, an overview of the tracking kit and a deep dive into the hard- and software involved in the application. With Richard’s help, you don’t need to be a programmer to understand, set up and deploy this kit.

What are my takeaways from this workshop?

An understanding of how asset tracking works today in the LoRaWAN world and how to effectively use the Asset Tracking Kit to set up and create a proof of concept for their own companies.

How can I prepare for this workshop?

This workshop is designed for everyone, from product managers to CTOs. While developers will gain an understanding of the technologies in the kit, those wishing to use the kit as a proof of concept for LoRaWAN and asset tracking will benefit the most.
