Add TTGO T-Beam V1.1 ESP32 LoRa 868Mhz GPS 18650 Board on TTN v3

Hello
i got a
TTGO T-Beam V1.1 ESP32 LoRa 868Mhz GPS 18650 Board
and would like to add this into the TTN v3 to be able to go out and check if place have a LoRa TTN Access.

i try to add this Board

but can’t find the ttgo to select.
then i get confused with the terminolgie ;-(
at the end i should get the information to add here
