# Brazilian router isn't forwarding the packets

If I access my application using the console, I can see the packets normally, but when I try to connect using MQTT, no data is shown, this problem started 5 hours ago

TTI Core team dont generally monitor the Forum, recommend you flag on the Slack #Ops channel as more likely to get picked up - curretly nothing showing on the Things status page…
