# Can’t register Gateway - EUI is still in use

**Summary**  
A gateway of my company is already registered and we cannot find the account that claimed it.  
The gateway EUI is `3133303737002200`.  
Could you please release it or tell me which account claimed it?

Please search the forum for all the answers, about 52 per year, yes, that frequent.

TL;DR: No one here can help, you need to contact TTI support and most likely look at a paid for instance, @rish1 will advise.
