Is it possible to remotely update the Application EUI and App Key ? I could not find anything related to lora unjoin or rejoin.

What I did till now is replace the keys with a downlink message. And reboot the mcu after recieving these, so that the new keys are used. But I think there must be an easier way ?

You say remotely update the App EUI and Key using downlink messages, what other remote update procedure would you be looking for?
If it is short range then using bluetooth or nfc on the node to reconfigure it is another option.
