Connection Mikrotik lr8 to TTS

Hello,
these are my first steps in LoRaWAN. I bought the Mirotik Lr8 and tried to connect it to TTS. I did all my settings in Winbox for the Gateway and also create my gateway in TTS.
But as you can see in my Log there are still Warnings and in TTS the Gateway status is: Disconnected.
Can you imagine what i need to change in my settings or what the problem may be?
Let me now, if you need some more informations to answer my questions.
