Hello All, I am configuring dragino DLOS8 gateway and connect with TTN V3. I reset gateway also. Firmare upgrade also. please help me. ---

Which cluster is your gw pointing to? ---

I am using Europe cluster. and remaing indoor gateways work properly but this outdoor gateway not connected. ---

What packet forwarder are you using can you show Dragino settings…. Details please otherwise guess work for forum volunteers! 😉 ---

Hello there, Not sure if this will help, but your config differs a little bit from that in the user manual: ![image](https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/forum/uploads/default/original/3X/7/e/7e59b10d7d94d2069f3b6252f71adcec3b73fcb0.png) Also it is _always_ worth checking that you haven’t made a typo in the gateway EUI. I’m keen to hear how you get on with the DLOS8N - it looks quite promising for the price, and more of an outdoor unit than the MikroTik LR8. ---
