Gateway no more connected for a few days

Hello,

My Kickstarter gateway (firmware 1.0.8) has the status ‘Disconnected’ for a few days. I’m using the V3. Before that everything was OK (with the V3). I did a fresh reset and reconfigure the gateway but the third LED is fastly flashing (bad configuration).

That’s what I get with my serial monitor. I can see regularly an LGMD:Rejected packet (0x11) error. Where can this error come from?

Update : I tried to create a new gateway from scratch and the result is the same => I can’t manage to connect the gateway to the V3 (while it was working a few days ago …).

For information:

  • gateway ID : choupi-gateway-2 (not too long and no @ => OK)

  • gateway server : https://eu1.cloud.thethings.network (the url is responding => OK)

  • API Key : NNSXS.xxxx.yyyy (I put API Key and not the Key ID => OK)

So these parameters seems OK but I can’t connect … Is there a way to activate some debug traces at gateway level in order to understand the problem ?

I fixed the problem !

The API Key rights was incorrect:

Bad rights =>

Good rights =>

I thought that all the individual rights was included in the “Grant all current and future rights” …
