I-NUCLEO-LRWAN-1 and Dragino LG01-N gateway send ABP problem

Hello, I have a problem setting up the I-NUCLEO-LRWAN-1 module. I would like to send data via ABP to the gateway from Dragino. Which has this configuration:
dragino-1d0070 - LoRaWan GateWay - LuCI - Google Chrome 02.03.2021 10_37_17 (2)

Unfortunately, nothing will ever show up in TTN. When I run the send test on the module, I see the following on the gateway:
(RXPKT): [up] {“rxpk”:[{“time”:“2021-03-02T09:09:36.657171Z”,“tmst”:401595219,“chan”:0,“rfch”:1,“freq”:868.100000,“stat”:1,“modu”:“LORA”,“datr”:“SF7BW125”,“codr”:“4/5”,“lsnr”:10.0,“rssi”:-39,“size”:16,“data”:“y18clnatcxf+1/TdHM9rbQ==”}]}
Receive(HEX):65dd91464912063c143c08a48021c818
(RXPKT): [up] {“rxpk”:[{“time”:“2021-03-02T09:09:36.831282Z”,“tmst”:401769317,“chan”:0,“rfch”:1,“freq”:868.100000,“stat”:1,“modu”:“LORA”,“datr”:“SF7BW125”,“codr”:“4/5”,“lsnr”:9.0,“rssi”:-40,“size”:16,“data”:“Zd2RRkkSBjwUPAikgCHIGA==”}]}
Receive(HEX):8fb0cdccc20e747070f6640442b6ba3d
(RXPKT): [up] {“rxpk”:[{“time”:“2021-03-02T09:09:36.923543Z”,“tmst”:401861590,“chan”:0,“rfch”:1,“freq”:868.100000,“stat”:1,“modu”:“LORA”,“datr”:“SF7BW125”,“codr”:“4/5”,“lsnr”:9.0,“rssi”:-40,“size”:16,“data”:“j7DNzMIOdHBw9mQEQra6PQ==”}]}

The module settings are currently as follows:
ATZ
AT + DC = 0
AT + DR = 3
AT + RX2DR = 3
AT + ADDR = from TTN
AT + NSK = from TTN
AT + ASK = from TTN
AT + WDCT
AT + JOIN = 0
AT + SEND = 1700.1111.0
and
AT + RF = 20,868100000,7,0,1,1,8,0

I also tried to set DR and RX2DR to 5. Unfortunately, so far everything has not worked. I tried to set the Channel Mask to only one channel. Because the LG01-N is only a single channel. But nothing has changed either. Unfortunately I don’t have a STM32L0 board … As recommended in I-CUBE-LRWAN so I can’t use ready-made applications from ST. So I control the module directly using AT commands.

The Dragino LG01-N is a Single Channel Packet Forwarder and not a proper 8 channel gateway which is what will be required for connection to the TTN network and for your device to be heard by a gateway as it will be transmitting on any of 8 channels.

Please disconnect the Dragino as it causes disruption to the network and other users.

Product page says it is not suitable: LG01-N Single Channel LoRa IoT Gateway

Well, but directly in the user manual for the LG01-N is described step by step how to connect the gateway to the TTN.

And the ‘instructions’ do not appear to work.

It would not be appropriate for TTN or this forum to troubleshoot instructions or a device that are not TTN\LoRaWAN compliant.

But directly in the user manual for this car, officer, are step by step instructions on how to drive really fast.

Still doesn’t make it right, does it.

The manufacturer took some time to update their product selector guides and the product website to recognised and call out LoRa only and inappropriate for LoRaWAN deployments, and as old products simply haven’t gone back to update old/outdated manuals… much as WiFi router manufacturers don’t go back and rewrite manuals from 5/6 years ago and 3/4 generations prior…
