LiveView in console not active

A colleague has created a new account in TTN, together with gateway and sensor.

The gateway connects, the display of up- and downlinks and last activity is updated, but not the display in LiveData. Same with the sensor. Does anyone know this behavior?
Neither metrics nor LoRa packets are shown in the LiveView of the gateway, but the counter counts up.

That functionality depends on JavaScript. Does your colleague allow JavaScript to run? Could an add blocker cause issues?

Hello Jac,

thanks for the hint, but he has found the error himself in the meantime. It was not the browser setting but a topic with a proxy on the way…
