Loop "Forward join-accept message link - Accept join-request" node

Hey guys,

I’m trying to connect lansitec products, like GW BLE nodes (LoRa Indoor Bluetooth Gateway : Lansitec® | LoRa), I’m using a ttn gateway (https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/ docs/gateways/gateway/) with the following configuration:

I configured the nodes in the ttn application with the information that the manufacturer gave me, the configuration information is below:

however when trying to connect with the device it is in a loop that seems to be not doing the join, below is the node log in the ttn application:

Has anyone had this problem or can tell me if it’s a configuration problem?

p.s: I’m using GW in Brazil.

Same problem with things-stack:3.20.1-arm64.

I’m able to connect with OTAA while using public server hosted at nam1.cloud.thethings.network
