MatchX won't connect to the TTN

EDIT: Just noticed another post with sharing the same issue. Seems to be something to do with the router we are using.

Hi,
We’ve had a MatchX gateway running successfully on the TTN for over 3 weeks. However last night at 10pm it decided to stop reporting in. Device itself is healthy as is all the cabling. I can change config back to using the MatchX Lora server and it reports in there fine and will receive data, however when I change it back to the previously working TTN config, nothing happens. TTN just says it is offline. Well actually TTN says it’s connected however the ‘last seen’ field says 14 hours ago. This is the config we are running and have been running successfully for 3 weeks. Device is located in Australia. Any thoughts or ideas? This is reasonably new to me and is my first gateway, however have worked in IT for over 10 years.

Hi stubbern
I have had the same problem with my MatchX gateway. I think is a backend issue as it has now recovered,

regards
Chris
