Only getting activation messages

Hey Everyone, first TTN node user here.

I am trying to get a node to connect however in the console I am only seeing activation messages (lightning symbol) without any data, I am confident the keys are all correct. I have tried resetting the frame counter. Any ideas on what this could be?

Can you give us some more information?

Your node type and library you are using?
Your gateway and the frequency it is set to?
