Parking Sensor TBS-220 & frequencies

I’m going to buy this sensor: TBS-220 already paid in advance today

https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/marketplace/product/tbs-220

I told the manufacturer that I’m going to use these sensors on TTN and he asked me if these parameters are correct (from what I understand the configuration is set at the factory)

Please confirm that the following parameters are correct:
-uplink 864.1, 864.3, 864.5, 864.7, 864.9, 868.9, 869.1
-downlink 864.1, 864.3, 864.5, 864.7, 864.9, 868.9, 869.1
RX2 869.1 SF12
OTAA

do you think they are correct? they are not…looking at this link https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/docs/lorawan/frequency-plans.html#eu863-870

Given the edits to your post: are you still asking a question?

For OTAA, no TTN-specific configuration is needed, as any specific configuration is defined in the OTAA Join Accept downlink. So, for OTAA only the default channels need to be configured in the node, regardless the network provider. For EU868 in LoRaWAN 1.0.3 that is:

2.2.2 EU863-870 ISM Band channel frequencies

The following table gives the list of frequencies that SHALL be used by end-devices to broadcast the JoinReq message.

For RX2, after an OTAA Join Request, TTN will tell the node to use SF9, not the default SF12. But beware:

Before the join, the end-node still uses the default RX2 data rate (SF12). To be fully compliant with the specification, the TTN back-end needs to use SF12 in the RX2 slot during the join process.

For ABP, indeed all frequencies from the documentation you linked to should be configured.

For both OTAA and ABP: apart from frequencies, the specifications/regulations also define things such as transmission power.
