Hello everyone, Hope you all are doing well.
We are using Dragino LG308 EC-25 LoRaWAN Gateway for the communication purpose. We are facing the problem regarding TTN(THE THINGS NETWORK) data on the TTN Data Window, when we are controlling the devices through the app, the data on The TTN (Data Window) disappears, the frame counters are continuously ON but the TTN is not showing the data.
When the devices do not communicate through the app the data is appeared on the TTN Data Window.
Can you please help us to find the actual problem.
Has Anyone encountered the same problem?
Is it with the TTN or with the app?
