Problems with the things Network

Hi!

I was working with multitech and dragino nodes in an integrated application with cayenne and I had no problem, but 3 days ago in the things network when I am connect to node or some device I do not get the payload of data sent by this, only the start message, as seen in the attached image, but the data or sensor information send with node, does not arrive. what could be happening ?. thank you very much.

I also have problems with the Thing Network platform. Is the same issue the data information send with node, but does not arrive

Hi, I’m having the same problem with all my nodes. Only join is completed.

looks like your (OTAA) node can’t join the network.
If it joined before without problems

  • did you changed code / keys / application
  • did you powercycle the node
  • did you try resetting the framecounter in console

no, everything remains the same, even one of the nodes is the multitech mdotbox, which when configured normally always sends the data correctly. It will be a problem of the platform ??

you don’t see data because (according to your screenshot) you didn’t join the network.
