They should mention consumption or battery life time this is really one of most important question.

Yes it should be a minimum.  
It could also be interesting to describe the device operations.  
Publishing the source code and the tool chain would also something interesting.

RAK developer Fomi is already investigating and found a firmware bug with regards the Cayenne problem. The sensor is possible a hardware failure.

Yes, but first all functionalities should work before the initial power consumption tests make some sense.

I have received answer regarding power consumption. Looks like they are still working on FW:

We are currently working on an updated firmware that will implement an ultra-low power mode. This will hopefully be completed by the end of the moth.  
We shall publish some numbers as soon as possible.  
Please be patient with ous.

It is indeed not finished, stable yet.  
The cayenne and TTNmapper is not working very well. The data is received by my gateway but corrupted I assume for TTNmapper and Cayenne dashboard.

RAK responded and is aming to provide the new firmware tomorrow. I don’t think with ultra low power mode yet.

Today I received new test firmware:  
Cayenne and TTNmapper are working fine.  
Every 600sec the tracker is currently sending an update. The AT command at+set\_config=lora:send\_interval:5 is not working, AT format error. I’ve already informed RAK support.

- The sensorLPS22HD is still not working, I think indeed a hardware failure.
- The Lora range coverage is a lot less than my TTGO beam tracker. Testing still in process

Yes, an ipex connector is inside. I’ll connect a better antenna to check if the range is increasing.  
Unfortunately I cannot measure the TX Lora power.

Hi, Today I received mine.  
Manual is incorrect. I followed suggestions from the RAK forum ([https://forum.rakwireless.com/t/rak7200-node-gps-tracker/658](https://forum.rakwireless.com/t/rak7200-node-gps-tracker/658)) to be succesfull.

Now I get:

The correct code is at+set\_config=lora:send\_interval:1,60  
manual is incorrect indeed,I already asked for an update, AT command list

One other comment is on the leds:

I my case only led one is on. The others never go on.  
Unfortionately the last sftware version is from August 2.

Performance with regards the coverage with external antenna increased amazingly! It looks now the same as my TTGO-beam as reference.  
But…somehow not every gateway on my wy to work/home receives the packages…  
I’ll investigate what’s going on.  
Picture of my modification will follow this afternoon.
