RAK811 tracker board: Devices not showing up on dashboard

I have registered two RAK811 tracker boards using OTAA.
I invented the unique Dev EUIs
I have saved the Device EUI
I have set the Payload Format to CayenneLLP
I selected Cayenne as an integration
I entered the same Device EUI in the dashboard

I also own a TheThings Uno. I have successfully got it up and running on the Cayenne dashboard.

Under applications data for the RAK811’s, I can see cayenne formatted data go out

My gateway is reporting all three devices I own

However, I’m not seeing the data for the two RAK811’s.

Am I missing something?

I encountered similar problems but with a Sodaq One device.

By the way I am using RAK811 now after disappointing results with the Sodaq One.
Got mine two RAK’s in house last friday and they are both working fine on the Cayenne dashboard.

Update: The two RAK811’s send out Cayenne formatted data. I had a small issue in properly configuring Cayenne to hear them.
