have have used the default code from TTN

  // Send it off
  ttn.sendBytes(payload, sizeof(payload));

  delay(10000);
}

output serial looks ok to me

update firmware RN2483 from 1.01 to 1.03
update TheThingsNetwork.h

* solder another antenna :wink:

this is one from me

How do you know that you’re in range of those two gateways? Did you test with another device? If so, how’s the signal quality (RSSI/SNR) if you look in the console?

The 2016 prototype of the Uno didn’t have a very good antenna, so unless you soldered a real antenna on top of it, it may only work if you’re really close to the gateway (tens of meters).

(Patrickbr) #5

Without update i test it closer to the gateways without updates. i have a connection and ataa packages.

rssi: -115
snr: -5.8

#6

then it was your antenna like htdvisser mentioned :sunglasses:

how close is close ?

(Patrickbr) #7

about 100 meters from the building where the antenna is placed on the top (11 floors building)

#8

then the received signal strength still indicates a bad antenna
I suggest to remove the onboard antenna and replace with something like this
just cut the ipx connector, strip the wire and solder on the board.
