Since 3 days my TTN Gateway is up and running 
I see 67 Recieved Messages in my console.
Question: can I see what kind of traffic this is?
And because I connect (with a cable) to my router, how do I know a “hacker” not trying to hack my personal network via my Gateway?

All the packets are encrypted so if they don’t belong to your node you can’t ‘decrypt’ them.
You can see if a packet is for the TTN network or not (remember all valid packets received by your gateway are transported… TTN decided to drop them or not)
