can you check this…

- upload the passthrough sketch to the board
- open a terminal (or [use this free](https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/forum/t/the-workbench/8970/240) program) and see if you can communicate

btw I’ve seen the same behavior before with ubuntu in your log, opening and closing ports, what OS are you using ?
