# Unable to send downlink from IOT platform (thethings.io) using webhooks

Hi Folks,

I am trying to simulate an automatic donwlink using webhook from the platform [thethings.io](http://thethings.io), I’ve filled all the data from the documentation but seems that is unable to find the url to my device.

I’m using the url provided: `/api/v3/as/applications/{application_id}/webhooks/{webhook_id}/devices/{device_id}/down/push`

Is giving me the error: ENOTFOUND [https://eu1.cloud.thethings.network](https://eu1.cloud.thethings.network)

I’ve searched that is an error related to being unable to find the domain name. Does anyone know if it’s possible to visualize the response of the donwlink in the console from a device simulated ?
