It is not the brand/model of gateway that determine if a device connects to the network.
It is the setup in the application and on the device. And then it needs to be in RF range of a gateway that is connected to the network.

And be aware there can be problems with some ‘dragino gateways’, but we dont know which one you are using …
Hi, look the dragino configuration and the device WISE-2410 configuration, I think is the same RF…
Use OTAA, not ABP on the device. Also deselect all frequencies apart from subband 2. (The line 902-2]
