LoRaWAN Acceleration-Based Movement Sensor
Detects movement of an asset
Description
The acceleration-based movement sensor uses an internal accelerometer to detect movement of an asset. When motion is detected that exceeds a certain threshold, an alert is sent over the wireless network.
Applications include:
- Asset protection and monitoring
- Building security
- Shock sensing
- General movement and acceleration sensing
Technical details
- Ultra-Low power consumption with 200,000 messages over 5-10 years on a single battery
- Two types of tamper detection: enclosure tamper and wall mount tamper
- Fully integrated internal antenna
- Automatic error reporting through supervisory messages
- Over the air configuration
