Safehouse Environmental Sensor & BLE Data Aggregator

Safehouse Environmental Sensor & BLE Data Aggregator
Safehouse is a small discrete plug & play LoRa IoT device that monitors Temperature, Humidity, Electricity Status, and Spot Frequency. Safehouse is used to monitor the environmental conditions in the built environment and the readings generated by Safehouse are used to to determine if the conditions in the built environment are suitable for residents, staff, and guests. Safehouse is also used to monitor power cuts and smoke / heat or gas detector activation. Safehouse has an additional feature that enables the unit to work as a Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) data aggregator, where up to 8 BLE 4.0 broadcasting devices can be connected.
Safehouse can work as a stand alone device, or can connect to the Safehouse App / Dashboard. APIs for this are also available when using the Safehouse software as a service (SaaS).
Applications for Safehouse: Independent Living, Care Homes, Commercial Spaces (Offices, Hospitality Venues), and Void Properties.
Included in the Safehouse Hourly Report:
Temperature - measured in Celcius (°C), reports high, low, and current readings.
Relative Humidity - (%), reports high, low, and current readings.
Electricity Status - reports Power Failure, or Power Removal.
Spot Frequency - Reports the amplitude at recorded spot frequnecies. (Used to monitor audio alarms from Smoke, Heat, or Gas detectors).
Other Reports:
Electricty Status - report sent based on the trigger of an exception, i.e. Power Failure / Power Removal
Audio Alarm - report sent based on the trigger of an exception, i.e. Heat / Smoke or Gas alarm activation
