As I was reading the LoRaWAN Frequency Plans and Regulations by Country (https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/docs/lorawan/frequencies-by-country.html#p), I found a note for the regulation in the Philippines that says "This is not a license free band. If you connect to a commercial telecoms operator you are however allowed to use thier frequencies. Please check the rules and obtain a license before running a gateway." What could be the implications of this?
