Today I put a new TTN gateway (based on the Dragino DLSO8 Outdoor Unit) into operation. The mast spacing of the antenna still has room for improvement, but I think the location is actually quite ok. In addition to an unobstructed view of the whole of Besslich (part of the municipality of Newel), I can see: Lorich, Trierweiler, Trier-Nord, Osburg, ... and I am looking forward to my first TTN mapper experiments.
