i am trying to connect my end device but it shows an unknown error and i don’t have
any reads in logread of the gateway .

@ahmedzioudi, all the details on the problems with Single, or in your case, Dual Packet Forwarders are in the post linked above.

We’d recommend something like the TTIG or a Dragino LPS8 - anything that can handle all 8 channels.
