For a continuous tracking LoRa is not the best solution but it is a good solution depends the location of yours nodes and Gateway . Also consider that for have a better spreading factor and data rate , you have to have a microcontroller with a good oscillator. Because the oscillator give you better times (Fclock) and pressition this give you a better SF . Is a good solution for take cares in the SF and link.
