ISSUE RESOLVED

The MKR WAN 1310 regional parameters version is PHY V1.0.2 REV B, not PHY V1.0.2 REV A.

Also, the correct channel mask for AU915 is ff000000f000ffff00020000, not ff000001f000ffff00020000
