Thanks @nestorayuso I have removed the AES key field and have been able to get another join request coming through my gateway as below.
And I have the device setup for OTAA and manually set the App Key to one provided by manufacture.
but still the join request has not reached the device setup on the TTN network!
I emailed axioma.eu to confirm the keys I have for the device and they say they are correct!
