Opinion about Lora gateway development kit

Hi there, can anyone please tell me opinion about this development kit, or even better if someone can recommend me any other kit that includes everything I need to build lora wan network for my faculty.(Gateway must not be already assambled, I have to do it by myself, also Raspberry Pi 3 based) https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/LoRa_LoRaWan_Gateway_Kit/ here is link of a kit that is expensive, but if it is worth buying I would take it for sure. Hello there, Few weeks ago I have asked a question how to start with lora wan on Facebook, what to order and few people helped me. But then I had to choose between gateway modules which are really expensive.
