Send downlink details to external application server

Is there any way to retrieve details about downlinks sent from an application server?

i.e. after I’ve queued a downlink message in the ttn backend from my application server, is there a way my application can be notified whether the downlink message was every sent? along with any details like when, how, from what gateway, confirmed or not, etc.?

Subscribe to the devices MQTT topic. You then see the scheduled, sent and acknowledged messages so you can track the downlink status.
