zTrack Q + A topic

I bought three device 2 tubes and one tube PCBA but they are not visible on device manager. Windows 10 (2004) 32bit or in Linux lsusb

Can someone reply what I have to see in device manager or lsusb?

I installed the x86 drivers (STTube30) and zTrack configuration tool.

PCBA wanted a battery installed to work. But the zTubeā€™s are not working. Tried charging with usb-2 (laptop), iPhone charger, iPad charger. Nothing.

I am expecting new zTubeā€™s.

PCBA getā€™s fix very fast. In Linux you see that (but you need Windows for the configuration)
