2.4GHz LoRa Frequency & Tx Power Regulations in Europe (Germany)

Hi,

I am setting up a point to point link based on the LoRa1280 2.4GHz LoRa module.

Just wondering if anyone can help me to determine the max transmit power limit in Germany for the 2.4GHz LoRa modules (frequency is 2400 - 2483.5MHz)? Is it the same as most of the rest of Europe which is 100mW? I also noticed that outdoor equipment has different power level limits in some countries does this apply to Germany? Also can the type of modulation used can change these regulations?

Apart from the whole P2P being off-topic, there’s also that you are looking for information about legal regulations - so any replies here you would need to go and read the EU regulations anyway, so best do that so when the :policeman: :police_car: ask where you got the information, you at least look like you did some due diligence. “Got it off an Internet forum” is unlikely to be well received.
