somehow I can not login into the V3 console.
For a second the message “No username available” appears followed by “Bad request No username available”.
When I start the login page says " You are currently logged in as "
When I click on “Continue as " for a split second the message “No username available” appears followed by “Bad request No username available”. And then it stops.
After a refresh the message " Unauthorized Unauthorized” appears.
More refreshing gives the error “504 Gateway Time-out”.
I’ve tried several computers where neveer ttn was visited from, and I also tried several browsers.
Is there anything I can do or any ideas? Any help appreciated.
I got the same problem. I can log in on the old v2 web console with my username/email, but when trying to login to v3 web console using The Things ID I get the following error
I have helped @jssani over Slack regarding this issue. This problem may arise when accounts are deleted in TTNv2/The Things ID, but not in TTNv3.
@wspa could you please contact me over a private message with your The Things ID username, and the email of the account that you are currently having issues logging in ?
