Break Fair use policy

Good day,

I was writing some new code.
upload, test, modify, upload etc.
however i forgot to comment out the Lora Send line.
so i uploaded 6 messages in a half hour.
After this no more messages where arriving. wich make sense.
However it is 2 weeks later now. and there are still no messages ariving.
but i am not sure if this has a technical reason or that the device is blocked.

So the real question is… what happens when you break the FUP?

your device is not blocked So there must be another reason.

Thanks, that means i need to do some more testing.

What happens when you break the FUP?
will the device be temporary blocked? and when yes. for how long?

To answer this recurring question and put all conspiracy theories to bed: TTN does not block any device for breaking the Fair Access Policy. Not temporary nor permanently.

This might happen at some future date, but there is no reason to do so at this point in time.

So something else is wrong that prevented and prevents your data from appearing.

Thanks for the info.
I went to a different location and everything starts working. so it has to do something with the local gateway here. (the board shows a successful transmission but the data never arrive)
but without access to the gateway there is nothing we can do about it.

hello brother , How can I contact you ?

You’ve not said who you are trying to contact and this is a rather old thread, so closing.
