connection issue


We still use the backend v2 and all our ‘TTN multitech’ can no longer connect to the server since yesterday.

Here log example this morning after restart service:
08:23:37 INFO: [Transports] Initializing protocol for 1 servers
08:23:39 ERROR: [TTN] Connection to server “” failed, retry in 30 seconds seems to be down. Even ‘ping’ not working on this.

Does anyone have the problem ? Any ideas for resolution ?

Ping wont tell you anything as TTN V2 infrastructure behind load balancers and wont respond to direct Ping.

Go to slack #ops channel to ask what might have happened. May-be something needs kicking.
