Bridge.eu.thethings.network connection issue

TTN Network and Services v2 Backend

Hello,

We still use the backend v2 and all our ‘TTN multitech’ can no longer connect to the server bridge.eu.thethings.network since yesterday.

Here log example this morning after restart service:
08:23:37 INFO: [Transports] Initializing protocol for 1 servers
08:23:39 ERROR: [TTN] Connection to server “bridge.eu.thethings.network” failed, retry in 30 seconds

bridge.eu.thethings.network seems to be down. Even ‘ping’ not working on this.

Does anyone have the problem ? Any ideas for resolution ?

Ping wont tell you anything as TTN V2 infrastructure behind load balancers and wont respond to direct Ping.

Go to slack #ops channel to ask what might have happened. May-be something needs kicking.
