BUG Enrolling devices for India

Since I guess you’re not actually in India: did you ever have the same thing setup for EU868? We’ve seen these problems before:

• Changing gateway's region in TTN Console does not (always?) change downlink frequency

• US915/AU915 downlink uses EU868 869.525
